This course is designed for project practitioners (both project managers and project team members).

Goal: The course is intended to enhance knowledge of Project Risk Management, in
accordance with: “The Standard for Risk Management in Portfolios, Programs, and
Projects“, a relevant foundational standard of the Project Management Institute, Inc. (PMI)
Completing the Project Management Fundamentals Course is a prerequisite for attending
this class.
