Stefania Ferrero, Chief Marketing & Solutions Officer at Comau, rejoined the company at the end of 2023.
Previously, she was Global Head of Business Development, Marketing and Digital Innovation for Comau’s Powertrain Business Unit.
Ms. Ferrero has international, multi-industry experience and is specialized in Strategy, Marketing and Business Development, in addition to having a solid experience as sales manager. She has gained her expertise for companies undertaking deep business transformation cycles.
She started her career in Italdesign Giugiaro and covered different roles with increasing responsibilities in multinational companies, before joining Pininfarina and then Comau in 2018. From 2021 to 2023, Ms. Ferrero served as the Head of Strategy and Strategic Marketing at Baker Hughes, contributing to the strategic positioning and long range plan development of its newly created business entity IET (Industrial Energy Technology), including Gas, Digital and Clean Technologies.
Ms. Ferrero holds a Master Degree in Management Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino and speaks 6 languages.
