Maria Cecilia La Manna
Maria Cecilia La Manna joined the Board of Directors of Comau Group S.p.A. on December 30, 2024.
She is also Vice President of Titan ITM Holding S.p.A., a group that includes the Italtractor ITM S.p.A. Undercarriage Division and the Titan Italia S.p.A. Wheel Division.
Mrs La Manna has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1990 and a Statutory Auditor since 1999. She worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers between 1989 and 1996, consolidating her economic-financial background.
In 1996 she joined New-York listed group Titan International Inc, as Italian and then as European Finance Director. In 2004, she led the listing of Titan Europe Plc on the AIM section of the London Stock Exchange, serving in the following years as Chief Operating Officer. In 2005 she led the acquisition of the Italtractor ITM SpA group and since 2007 she has held the position of Chief Executive Officer of the same group. She is currently Vice President of Titan ITM Holding S.p.A.
She was appointed as an independent director on the Board of Directors of Technogym S.p.A. in 2016, where she is currently serving as Chairman of the Audit, Risk and Sustainability Committee. In 2020 she was appointed as an independent director on the Board of Directors of Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A., presently serving as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee.
She graduated in Economics from the University of Bologna in 1988 and in the same year obtained an Audit Master’s degree jointly organized by the University of Bologna and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
