Grugliasco (Turin) – 11 July 2023 – To support companies on their digital and energy transition journey, Comau hosted the “Industry 5.0” workshop. Innovation & Automation Experience”. The event, which will move to the rest of Italy in the coming months, was organised in collaboration with Warrant Hub, part of the Tinexta group, a benchmark in financial consulting for innovation, digital transforamation and sustainable business development.
In particular, Comau and Warrant Hub explained to companies how to leverage the benefits of automation to design and develop projects that promote energy efficiency of processes, through the acquisition and implementation of innovative technologies that can benefit from the Transition 5.0 tax credit. It also outlined the opportunities for financial support that can encourage the initiation of training projects for industrial operators, which are essential both to enhance human resources and to be able to make full use of the advantages offered by new technologies, optimising operations, consumption and companies’ return on investment.
During the event, held at Comau’s headquarters in Grugliasco (TO), participants were able to get a closer look at automation solutions and enabling technologies that can be integrated into their production lines to increase efficiency and sustainability. In particular, the MATE XT and XB, upper and lower body exoskeletons, which improve workers’ well-being, and the Racer-5 SE (Sensitive Environments) robot, designed for production environments that require special conditions, ideal for chemical, pharmaceutical and food production, as well as for some battery production processes, were presented.
