Comau joins aer to strengthen its presence in the spanish market

Comau joins AER (Asociación Española de Robótica y Automatización), the preeminent Spanish association dedicated to the promotion and development of robotics and automation, to foster new collaborations within a highly innovative ecosystem of companies.

Through AER, Comau aims to fortify its competitive position in Spain while simultaneously creating opportunities for collaboration with other members of the association. This network of companies in the robotics and automation sector provides Comau with the opportunity to share its expertise, garnered over more than 50 years in the automotive sector, identify new business opportunities in various fields, and work on joint projects to accelerate technological innovation through participation in dedicated working groups.

It is worth noting that Comau is already actively engaged in the Spanish market with significant projects across both the automotive sector and other markets. Notable initiatives include the development of assembly lines for batteries, electric and combustion vehicles in the automotive and trucking sectors, collaboration with the Spanish company Seabery for training in robotic welding, and automation solutions to enhance efficiency in the installation of solar panels for EDP’s photovoltaic park in Peñaflor.
