Duration: 6 days (divided into 2 modules)
Credits: 42 PDU’s (Professional Development Units) or contact hours
Goal: This course is designed to acquaint students with all the PMI® processes, their inputs, tools, techniques, outputs, in compliance with the contents of the PMBOK® Guide (the primary source of knowledge and information to get through the certification exam).
It also provides the student with additional knowledge not directly covered in the PMBOK® Guide but required for passing the PMP® exam (e.g., Human Resources, Quality Theories, Ethics and Professional Responsibility).
Objectives: Each PMBOK® Guide Knowledge Area is analyzed. Information targeted at passing the PMP® Exam is provided along with discussion.
